  • In the discovery call, the goal is to reach a full understanding of the person(s) and circumstances involved. Our clinical staff will inquire about the presenting problems, any history or predispositions, the precipitating event, interpersonal patterns, and perpetuating variables.

  • A one time rollover of purchased support time is workable as initial estimates may vary with support needed. The need for more than one rollover event may signal a need for tightening estimations and perhaps planning for a longer and more supportive engagement.

  • You may cancel the Apex Retainer at any time before the upcoming billing period.
